I didn't build this from theory.

For nearly four decades, I worked in beauty and image. I watched women receive the right colors, the right wardrobe, the right advice and still walk out the door feeling disconnected from themselves.
​
I understood something the industry wasn't saying out loud: the outside cannot finish what the inside hasn't started.
​
That realization didn't come from a book. It came from living.

I raised six children through military life through relocations, reinventions, and seasons that asked me to become someone new each time. I declined career-defining opportunities because I understood, clearly and at real cost, that what I was building at home mattered more than what the industry would have applauded. I learned the hard way that belonging is never worth the price of self-abandonment.

Through all of it, I developed something I can only describe as an integrative eye, the ability to see the whole person underneath the presenting problem. Not just how a woman looks, but who she is, what season she's in, where she's been quietly leaving herself behind, and what it would take for her to come back.
That is the work. Not fixing women. Helping them return to the person who was always there - more whole, more deliberate, and more willing to inhabit her own life without apology.

Corinne came to this work from a place most women will recognize.
With a background in sports nutrition and a deep passion for supporting women through real-life transitions, she brings a grounded, practical approach to wellness, one built around clarity, not perfection.
Her focus is the woman who is managing a full life and starting to wonder if there is a more sustainable way to do it. Not a woman who needs to be fixed. A woman who is ready to feel more steady, more informed, and more supported in the choices she makes every day.
Within the Power Within Collective™, Corinne brings the next generation into the room. As a young mother herself, she understands what it looks like to step into leadership of your own life while everything around you is still moving - and she meets women exactly where they are.

Dr. Kenny Mittelstadt

Dr. Kenny works with people who feel like something in their health isn't adding up - especially when everything looks normal on paper but doesn't feel that way in real life.
His approach goes beyond symptoms. Taking a systems-based view of how the body functions as a whole, he connects patterns across energy, digestion, hormones, stress physiology, genetics, and cellular health - helping people understand what their body has actually been trying to communicate.
He is known for his thoughtful, grounded presence. Clients consistently describe feeling heard, understood, and able to make sense of their health in a way that is clear, practical, and sustainable.
